Pastor Mike Rodgers

took the pastorate of Faith Baptist in 2017. He and his wife, Jessica, graduated from West Coast Baptist college in May of 2005. As a part of their college training, they started and led Mojave Baptist Chapel in the town of Mojave, CA. It was during this ministry that God confirmed His calling of pastoring to the Rodgers.


Shortly after graduation, they joined the staff at Temple Baptist Church in Lacey, WA, serving under Pastor Mike Kinney. This additional training became four years well-spent in furthering their preparation for the ministry.


In 2010, Mike accepted the pastorate of Northwest Baptist Church of Port Orchard, Washington, where he served until 2017.


Pastor Rodgers has a heart for people and for God's work. He desires to lead people toward a more vibrant relationship with God, practical Christian living, and personal ministry opportunities in the local church. On a personal level, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
